Obama Executive Order: Allows Seizure of Americans’ Bank Accounts

The latest executive order by Obama was created in the name of "Iran sanctions" but it gives him the authority to seize Americans' bank accounts WITHOUT the ability to sue.
I am worried about this EO for two reasons:
- Money used to fund terrorism should be frozen but innocent persons should also have the right to defend themselves and get their money back.
- The loose definition of "sanctioned person" worries me.
The term used in the EO via Whitehouse.gov is "sanctioned person".
(iv) with respect to section 6(a)(8) of ISA, block all property and interests in property that are in the United States, that come within the United States, or that are or come within the possession or control of any United States person, including any foreign branch, of the sanctioned person, and provide that such property and interests in property may not be transferred, paid, exported, withdrawn, or otherwise dealt in.
According to The New American:
The order says that if an individual is declared by the president, the secretary of state, or the secretary of the treasury to be a “sanctioned person,” he (or she) will be unable to obtain access to his accounts, will be unable to process any loans (or make them), or move them to any other financial institution inside or outside the United States. In other words, his financial resources will have successfully been completely frozen. The EO expands its authority by making him unable to use any third party such as “a partnership, association, trust, joint venture, corporation, subgroup or other organization” that might wish to help him or allow him to obtain access to his funds.
And if the individual so “sanctioned” decides that the ruling is unfair, he isn't allowed to sue. In two words, the individual has successfully been robbed blind.

New docs prove Obama lied about Libya security threat!
We as Americans have lost 4 brave souls in Benghazi, Libya as a direct result of Barack Obama's failed Foreign Policy. News portals from around the world will soon know the truth about Benghazi, and how the leader of the free world, the President of the United States of America, left four Americans to die! All while needlessly, and continuously denying their requests for additional security to help keep them ALIVE!
In new reports just out today, Ambassador Stevens was reporting that Al Qaeda flags were being flown over Libyan Gov't buildings, and that the insurgents were gathering weapons like RPG's in large quantities.
Ambassador Stevens, on numerous occasions requested more security due to the rising threat level in the area, but yet again, he was betrayed by his own government and left to die like a dog in the streets of Libya!
When you see and read the reports our Ambassador was sending to the State Dept about the growing threats around them and how they were begging for more help, and then look back at what the Obama administration was saying and doing during that same time frame, it's almost criminal that this lowlife we call President doesn't go to jail for this!
It's the total failure of Obama's Foreign Policy. He can't keep our people safe (after all, it is his number one job) and he's a disgrace to our great nation. Please folks, really think about it before you vote.

1. Create a foreclosure prevention fund for homeowners
Obama created a fund, but it failed to meet its own benchmarks for helping homeowners. A special inspector general deemed the program "a colossal failure."

In 2010, Obama agreed to a deal with Republicans to extend the current tax rates for another two years. He will get another shot at keeping this promise if he wins re-election.

4. Create cap and trade system with interim goals to reduce global warming
A bill for cap-and-trade passed the U.S. House of Representatives in 2009, but the Senate wouldn’t bite. Now Republicans control Congress, and it’s considered dead.
5. Sign the Employee Free Choice Act, making it easier for workers to unionize
This didn’t get done when Democrats controlled Congress, and now it looks as if it won’t get done at all, thanks to Republican opposition.
6. Allow imported prescription drugs
The White House dropped this pledge as it lured drug makers to get on board with the president’s health care law. The promise hasn’t been heard from since.
7. Sign the Freedom of Choice Act
Candidate Obama said one of the first things he wanted to do was sign abortion rights legislation. President Obama said he had other priorities and wanted to tamp down anger surrounding the issue.
8. Create a public option health plan for a new National Health Insurance Exchange
Congress rejected the idea for a public health insurance option open to everyone. Obama downplayed the fact that it was left out of the final version of the health care law.
9. Introduce a comprehensive immigration bill in the first year
Obama said he would introduce legislation that included a path to citizenship for illegal immigrants. But other priorities -- health care and financial regulation -- seemed to run out the clock.
10. Bring Democrats and Republicans together to pass an agenda
On matters large and small, partisanship is worse than ever.
